Notes:

• Discussed adding MODE as a build option to the top level make file.
  • This would modify both the namelist name, and the executable name.
  • Also discussed a 'report_modes' target that may or may not be added at a later point in time.
• Discussed the mesh specification document.
• Discussed the front end tools for the ocean model.
• Discussed migrating the var_struct data structures to using collections/pools.
  • It might be possible for us to have this complete prior to the next high level telecon.
