Test Installing Plugins
Home | Installation Guide | User Guide | Admin Guide | User Tests
This test will get you to install XNAT plugins for both, the non-anonymised and the pseudonymised instance. Plugins in general extend the functionality of XNAT and in this particular test case they add the RTTQA branding to the browser interface. The plugins you need are part of the test data that you can download as described here and are in the folder [user_test_data_dir]/installingPlugins
.
Follow the instructions provided here to
- add the plugin
rrtqa-branding-plugin-1.0.0.jar
to the non-anonymised XNAT instance, - the plugin
rttqa-anon-branding-plugin-1.0.0.jar
to the pseudonymised XNAT instance
Overwrite potentially already existing plugins with the same name.
After both plugins were successfully installed and the tomcat services were restarted the RTTQA logo should appear on the login page and in the header of the main XNAT interfaces instead of the standard XNAT logo.
