esting container build by gitlab with @avnishsinghh PR we found that p4 build is installing binaries in /usr/local/lib/bin but the default PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin so we could change the installation target or we could adjust the PATH in the Dockerfile.
