I started with HA a few weeks ago and needed the functionality that lovelace_gen provided for one of my dashboards, but there were some key parts missing from this readme that slowed my progress. Now that I understand how HA and lovelace_gen are meant to work a little better, I wanted to contribute by making these modifications.
