I'm an active contributor to OpenStreetMap and I've always wanted to be able to use the data. Using my limited coding skills and ChatGPT, I've created some maps that I hope can bring about some good in the world.
The displayed data is retrieved from OpenStreetMap via the Overpass API.
I'm sure there are many areas for improvements. Suggestions/contributions welcome.
- Independent Businesses: Find non-branded shops, amenities, and services in your area. Spending money in the local economy is better than spending it in the corporate economy. The money tends to stay and circulate more within the local area. Whereas corporations remove money from an area, generally to whereever they are headquartered.
