#450 | Fix claim banner

Fixes #450

Description

This PR fixes the 'Claim' button on the staking page claim banner

Test scenarios

• go to https://deploy-preview-452--teloscan-stage.netlify.app/
• log in
• go to staking
• stake and then unstake TLOS
• wait for the unstake period to end (10 mins on testnet)
• reload page
• click Claim TLOS on the banner
  • you should be taken to the claim tab

Checklist:
