Diverse bugs in 'gico smart-configure' resolved. This includes a bug where the correct commit was restored but as a detached HEAD. From now, the correct branch - if available - will be restored, too.

All the functions for the first release are implemented but not completely tested. Some parts of the documentation are missing. But this state is a good starting point for more difficult tests.
