Hardcoded to latest launcher version just in case.
Allows nix users to run the launcher with
nix run github:space-wizards/SS14.Launcher, install the launcher as a package from the repo, etc.Added here because nixpkgs PRs can take a long time to be accepted and we can update this flake whenever we want.
