As discovered in salesforce/lwc#2078 (comment), there are inadvertent dependencies included in
@salesforce/wire-service-jest-util@4.1.4that cause issues for users of newly generated projects who want to usetypescript-eslint. The error was fixed in a subsequent release. This PR bumps@salesforce/templatesto consume the fix (plus two other dependencies just for fun).Note that the version bump is to a new major. The two significant changes are that the default API version is bumped from 61 to 62 and the version of eslint used in generated projects is downgraded from v9 to v8.
