Tracks the v1.0.0 release. This is a major rewrite of many internal components of brighterscript, including a new type system, changed plugin event structure, new AST structure, and more.

v1.0.0 also signals to the community that the project is now stable (even though it's been technically stable for a while now) and can be used in production applications without fear of it changing core APIs without warning.
