WIP: Updated required and dev dependencies to latest available

Cannot yet be merged. Though the install is stable, executing tests results in an error. Reported here: Behat/MinkExtension#380

Sorry for communicating that here, but there's no issues nor discussions panel on this repo... I tried installing the 4.0 tag, and got the following error :

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires behatch/contexts ^4.0, found behatch/contexts[dev-fix-json-not-null, dev-rest-dot-parameters, dev-master, dev-selenium, dev-behat-2.x, dev-phpstan, 1.0, ..., 1.5, 2.0, ..., 2.x-dev, 3.0.0, ..., 3.3.0] but it does not match the constraint.

Then I noticed the tag registered is not on Packagist (maybe because it's 4.0 and not 4.0.0 as it probably should be).
Could you please fix the installation of this tag @rkeet ? 🙏

Hi @gnutix, please check the first section in the ReadMe, it explains how to use this repo (as it is a fork of the original).
