Add support / test with Eigen 3.3

Should we change from previous version to Eigen 3.3 the code or have like a automatic switch (even with a user-defined command) and keep the older and 3.3 versions together? I would vote second option, because for example in Ubuntu 14.04 Eigen3 is the default one, but in Ubuntu 16.04 Eigen3.3..
