File extensions of distributions #14

The displayed extensions (everything after last ',') are incorrect.

Add default value 'data'
Remove path query '#'
Check, if extension length is 2-4 characters. If not, display default value.
Check, if path exists in URL. If not, display default value.
If no '.' found, display default value

Maybe the DCAT:format can be used later.
