Porting a notion doc from @msmania.

Why are we porting this into the pocket-core repo?

Awareness - no one knows about the notion doc
Discoverbability - Github search, google search, etc...
Persistence - github OSS >> notion doc for an account that may close
LLMs in the future - maybe they'll learn something from it
