ImageJ-Drift-Correction

Macro/plugin for drift correction of confocal image stacks & Ca2+ spike analysis plugin

Steps (for FIJI):

1. Load confocal image stack

2. Open ROI manager (Analyze -> Tools -> ROI Manager)

3. Use Point tool, click on image stack at particular area and Z slice, go to ROI manager, add ROI

4. Repeat 3, at different point but same part of image to track movement and correct drif

5. Run plugin
