An in-progress translation of Toen's mastercourse on algebraic stacks to English.
OTIM is a in-progress project described here. In short:
The big idea is to have a network of "translation projects", each its own repo with some consistent structure. A master build system keeps track of the network of projects, tracks progress, and makes the compiled result available to everyone.
This repository is the first to implement file organization and meta files supporting this new build system.
Skeleton of the latex project is mostly borrowed from the SGA-I translation project.
