  1. Minimal versions are now OL 7 and CesiumJS > 1.90 

    One of the best points of OL-Cesium is the large range
of supported OL and CesiumJS versions.

It brings lots of flexibility to the application developers.

The code we kept for OL 3,4,5,6 has been removed.
These versions are very old and certainly not used anymore.
