Thought you mind find this useful. I updated the code to allow custom functions to be provided via the EvalCustom method. I've added test cases that show how this would be used.
Also, fixed the breaking test for $parseTime where MST to GMT timezone differences were causing a year difference.
Let me know if there's anything I can do to make it easier to merge this in.
