Related to #23.

To do:

  • Test the raw-to-MNI152NLin6Asym:res-2 workflow.
  • Figure out how to apply transforms to others requested output spaces.
  • Figure out how to collect pre-warped data when only a derivatives dataset (no raw data) is provided.

Changes proposed in this pull request

  • Copy over contents of nipreps/resampler into this utils/resampler.py and create an interface for the main function.
  • Create workflow to resample native-space BOLD data (from raw directory) to MNI152Nlin6Asym:res-2 (init_resample_raw_wf).
