Cannot POST /user/update

Hello there!
First off - Thank you for this app! It's a life saver!

I am not much of a savvy coder but the tutorial made it a piece of cake.

I have been facing this issue wherein post signing up with the bot, I do not get alerts on slack. I deleted the heroku and slack apps and re-did the whole process, yet I face the same issue. Upon some debugging, all I could find myself was the error: Cannot POST /user/update

I use Jira Cloud.
