This pull request adds a new section to the documentation for provisioning Azure resources. The changes provide detailed instructions for deploying the solution accelerator using either the Azure Developer CLI or the Azure Portal Deployment.
It also fixes broken front page navigation and references.
Enhancements to Azure deployment documentation:
docs/2-provision-azure-resources.md: Added a new section titled "Deploy to Azure" with detailed steps for provisioning Azure resources using the Azure Developer CLI and Azure Portal Deployment. This includes commands for initializing and deploying the application, as well as important notes and warnings.
