Features of this first release:

• Sync readwise highlights on startup of Joplin (and only then).
• Sync to a folder called Readwise.
• After initial sync, on next startup, only new highlights are synced.

Still, keep in mind this is the first version and consider it bleeding alpha with hungry dragons around.
