This adds the CI report to the top of all releases. I think this will not only help us, but also show users transparently that the image that was released works in our testing environment.
The only question I see here is some images do not do CI testing so the release would have a title and blank line for
CI Report, I took this approach as those images are rare and this part of the code base is very difficult to test live so I did not want to get into refactoring.
