Currently all builds fail on el7 packaging as the upstream el7 mirrors have been removed following the EOL of el7.


          ci: remove el7 as it is EOL and causes builds to fail

@lest / @karlism are you able to move this forward please? So the bot can automerge version updates and we have recent rpm's for el8 and el9 again.
