Version completely updated to compile using Ubuntu 18.04. Also updated to recent gcc 8.20. Tested for printing correctly for 2 Months on my printer

mad it more felxible introducing additionally BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_X BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_Y BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_Z as optional parameters
made it more flexible introducing additionally BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_X BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_Y BUILD_CLEAR_MARGIN_Z as optional parameters. All four can be set from the platforms file
because i dont like / need them

This reverts commit b0448bc.

I would like to suggest to switch to a marlin firmware, since this one isn't developed anymore. I maintained for almost two years a fork, but considering the relevant changes in marlin, switching to it is a must, if you still use this ancient printer.
