Network always running with the latest geth version!

• Fixed an issue with the wrong chain ID
• Updated Docker images to always fetch the latest Ethereum version from the PPA repositories
• Removed RPC API for Miner Nodes, as they shold not be accessible. Port 8545 now points to an unlocked full node, instead

Network running with Geth 1.8.17

Updated to the latest Geth Release, Added swarm support, switched to a more lightweight monitor application (now running on port 8080!)
