You have something wrong in your settings, but this is not an issue with this API, so we won't be able to help you further, sorry. Have a look at Binance API management, review yours keys, regenerate them and adjust your restrictions.

• Do you have the correct key and secret?
• Did you enable in the restrictions what you want to do?
• Did you maybe restrict to a specific IP address and now you are on another one?
