Description

This PR contains following updates:

1. Update Switch button logic to call the backend
2. Sort Product Category results by name
3. Correct appearing side panel and notification modal after changing enable status

Steps to Test

1. Login to app and navigate to Product Category
2. Create new category, update enabled status
3. Navigate to Product and create new one - check available categories
