user `ace_jump_key` setting instead
home-row based for more convenience and an option to have full chained modes without the need to press a prefix the second time

Also updatese to the new py3.8 plugin host to support the chained keybinds, so would need separate tags for 4107(?)+ version and manifest update so that installers use the newer tags to install the version
