The Pull Request Triage workflow is a legacy workflow that is not really used anymore. It mainly only tags PRs with the documentation and size labels (which are not that informative, and in the case of size not descriptive of the effort involved). Any actual useful info on PRs (bug, feature-request, feature-parity, breaking-change) are manually added by PR authors and reviewers, so this workflow can be removed.
