This User's Guide is published as a wiki so that it can be edited by everyone. Please feel free to edit the document for any improvements you feel are needed. I can always revert changes if I think it's necessary.

Note: This guide is written in MultiMarkdown, whereas the github wiki supports regular Markdown. Some features (tables, math, etc) won't work, but overall it should be intelligible. I will reorganize the way the manual is built so that this repository can be used to create a properly formatted pdf version of the manual
