User system : user data structure

The user_data() function returns an array of user data structures. The format of a user data structure is:

$user = array(
    'cid' => The user's contact id
    , 'username' => The user's login name
    , 'salt' => A random string for added password security
    , 'hash' => The sha1 hash of the user's salt and password
);
