Closes #19

  • Chart versions updated to 0.1.1
  • New helm packages (tgz files) created, which are referenced by the umbrella chart
  • Updated helper functions to properly set names that were causing issues with helm
  • Took the opportunity to make the api health checks use the new /healthcheck endpoint
