Although we work mostly on GitHub, many research institutes also have self-hosted GitLab's. This PR adds a mention of that.

This should be something that the instructor preparing a workshop website can toggle/uncomment on. As it reads now, it could be mistaken that learners can choose one of the two, which is generally not the case. It will be unweildy for an instructor to manage a classroom where people have chosen both.

Hm, yeah, the "which we'll use" note might not clear enough. What would be a stronger wording?
