Improvements to (hopefully) help indexing problems

I don't think this will solve all of our indexing problems with Google, but it should be a step in the right direction.

1. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of the pages that Google can't index are because there's inconsistencies between having www. or no www. or ending with a / or lack of it. So ideally, having a canonical URL for all the pages should teach Google not to try indexing duplicate stuff.
2. Lastly, I don't know why we have this redirect, but since we do, I've deleted the file that would exist at that URL; this might be tricking Google.
