Looks good! Tests are failing due to a deprecation warning thrown by Pandas in regards to Pyarrow being required as of Pandas 3.0. I think this can be merged now, but open to waiting until we can fix the test failures.

Thanks @IgorTatarnikov - I'll merge this in the knowledge that test failure are unrelated and (hopefully) we won't make a release without getting the tests to pass first!
