Cool URIs

I suggest that we take a fresh look at the CO identifiers and ponder a sensible URI protocol (designed with "best practices" in mind)

Looking at http://www.cropontology.org/rdf/CO_322:0000007/

I wonder if one could instead use URI's like

http://www.cropontology.org/ontology/322

http://www.cropontology.org/term/322/0000007

as the URI, where 322 is the ontology id and 0000007 the term id (within that ontology)

The CO_ and colon are superfluous and, as you say, arduous to parse.
