HANCESTRO parsing

Run simple script to load HANCESTRO into BioCypher and parse contents.

cd hancestro
poetry install
poetry run python parse_hancestro.py

Currently, labels and IDs are swapped in the read-in process in BioCypher. This can be deactivated.
