feat(fe:FSADT1-1523): Apply design styling to Search screen

[fterra-encora]

Description

• Updates the style of Autocomplete options;
• Fixes position of the search box (remove margin above the data-table);
• Updates the message for no results;
• Changes color of placeholder text - should be applied exclusively to the search box;
• Fixes function toTitleCase - now it also considers "(" and "." as separators.
