Describe the Bug
PenTest runs after each deployment and blocks a deployment

Expected Behaviour
Pentests should run periodically instead of during deployments and should not block deployments

Actual Behaviour
Zap (PenTest) is blocking deployments with warnings

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Do a deployment
