This repository contains the source code for the reproduction of the paper by Chan et al. (CPT Pharmacometrics Syst. Pharmacol 2021;10:59-66). The code starts with the dataset dat2 processed in this work.
After data approval (via vivli.org) and data processing according to Chan et al. the file make.R can be executed after reading in the processed data.
