Description

This pull request introduces a new filter layout for the Organization and Events pages on the sidebar. Specifically:

Added two new pages: PageFilter.vue and PageFilterEvents.vue to manage filter layouts for these pages.
Modified the SidebarLeft.vue component to integrate the new filter layout.
I tested these changes locally by verifying the correct display and functionality of the filters on both the Organization and Events pages.
