This change fixes and improves Civilian cbnhotel01 textures.

  • Improves hotel name billboard visuals

  • Improve texture mapping and resolution for top windows (there is enough space in texture)
  • CBNHOTEL01_N.w3d et al hotel symbols show transparent mesh artifact
  • CBNHOTEL01_SN.w3d & Co can use new textures: cbnhotel01_sn, cbnhotel01_dsn, cbnhotel01_sng, cbnhotel01_dsng
