Release Windows Binary

Windows 7 x64 binary version of SeparableConvolutionCUDA. Might work on other versions of Microsoft Windows, too. Just place in the Fiji directory and select from the SPIM_Registration UI to use.
This compile uses Visual Studio 2013 with NVidia Cuda Version 6.5. To use the DLL, you will need to have the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 runtime distributable installed, at the time of this writing vcredist_x64.exe to download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784 . You will also need to have NVidia Cuda 6.5 installed, at the time of this writing download from https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit-65 .
