Would probably want the tests fully working and feature complete before releasing 0.2.0 as mentioned in #9. Depending on what needs to be done I can maybe look this weekend if you don't fix it before then, but work takes up a majority of my energy right now. Not sure if builder should be put into this PR, but I can merge this to start sometime tomorrow and just bump 0.2.0 when everything is in. |

Suggestion: Adding these "Workflow" for rust. It's the first time I'm doing this, so I don't really know if it's correct how I set it up.
