Improve readability of file system dock by removing "..." from some button names #722

I feel the "..." is overused in the file system dock, this PR aims to fix this.

Not all buttons had their "..." removed. For example it makes sense to keep it on "Move/Duplicate To...". I have also made the "T" in "To" to a lowercase "t", so it is now "Move/Duplicate to...".

Also this is what it looks like now when you right click in empty space in file system dock. Before there were "..." on "Folder...", "Script...", etc.

The purpose of the three dots in the name is because it opens an additional step...like opening a dialog. It is pretty standard UX practice. Is there any reason for being removed.
