The readme is not very nice at the moment. What I think the readme needs to include:

Screenshots
Instructions on how to extract the psarc files
Instructions on how to use Replanetizer to mod the game
Compatibility list of what Replanetizer can do atm
Instructions on how to contribute
A link to discord
