Fixed issue with set-metrics command, it now accepts anonymous reporters as variadic inputs rather than a list of strings as a single input.
Implemented changes to allow compatibility with the new run options preference that allows background/headless runs to send their output to the main Command Center if running in the GUI. Also changed the clear-experiments primitive to also abort any currently running experiments. See pull request #2229 for details.
