The relative paths are broken when the specs are displayed on https://gbfs.org/specification/reference/.

What is the proposal?

  • This PR replaces relative paths with absolute paths to display the specs correctly on gbfs.org.
  • This PR also changes the gbfs repo URLs from NABSA to MobilityData.
