Upgrade a GeoNode Project from 4.2 to 4.3

To upgrade the follownig changes are needed:

• src/requirements.txt: set the requirement to GeoNode==4.3.0
• set the value of GEONODE_BASE_IMAGE_VERSION to 4.3.0 inside the .env.sample and the generated .env files

If you deploy with Docker you will need to rebuild the Django image with the command:

docker compose build django

and then restart the service.
